Update 6a - QoL improvements


Update 6a

This one's fairly quick - I just took some time to make a few small quality of life and balance changes that should make the game more fun and fair.

  • Elite cars now have their Perks visible in the Collection tab when owned
  • Buffed the money potential of the Gambler Elite Perk to make it more competitive with other Elite options
  • Increased the luck thresholds required to attain certain rarities from the Collect button to make collecting mid-rarity cars more feasible and rewarding
  • Increased the raw payout of the earnings multiplier by 50% to make money have more of an impact in the early game and reduce the reliance on duplicate legendaries in the late game
  • Added a rarity scale to the appearance rate of Elite cars of different rarities in the Shop - Legendary Elites should now only appear about 4% of the time. I may adjust this in the future to be affected by Luck
  • Reduced the price incrementing of the Shop refresh by $50 (now $200 per refresh)

I'm aiming for the next major update, Elite Licence, to bring in multiple new Elite cars with brand-new Perks in order to make lategame progression more diverse and interesting. Keep chasing, racers!
