Update 4 - Viva Las Vegas

UPDATE 4 - VIVA LAS VEGAS

As you might have guessed from the name, this update is all about two things: luck and money. With a fair bit of playtime and player response under our belts, I think it's safe to say that things are, at best, a little wonky. To rectify this, some changes have been made to the backend calculations. All car rarities now have higher luck roll thresholds - to give an idea, you'll need a luck modifier of at least 1.25 to even have a sniff at a legendary car now! To compensate for this, money should now be easier to come by. The earnings modifier has been buffed across the board, and now gives 10 times the base money per collect it used to. This should help to reduce the impact of fewer duplicate legendaries (the main source of income in the game).

Now, I'd feel bad about messing with all that balance stuff and not giving you all at least something in return - so how about ten new American cars, fresh off the Vegas strip, including the Gambler's personal Mosler MT900 GTR? Get chasing, racers.
